1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Global AI Sentinel LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Parkland, Florida, governing your access to and use of:

  • Eternal Case Management (ECM) — Investigative case management platform for law enforcement and oversight agencies
  • Sentinel GPT (https://sentinelgpt.ai) — Enterprise AI chat platform for government and general use
  • Field Interview Assistant (FIA) — Forensic interview documentation software
  • AI-Powered Citizen Services — Configurable AI chatbots and guided workflows for government agencies
  • Global AI Sentinel (https://globalaisentinel.com) — Company website and platform portal

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Service Descriptions

2.1 Eternal Case Management (ECM)

Eternal Case Management is an investigative case management platform that provides:

  • 21 case types for law enforcement and oversight agencies
  • Evidence chain-of-custody tracking
  • Warrant tracking and management
  • LEAP time management
  • AI-powered case analytics
  • CJIS-compliant infrastructure and data handling

2.2 Sentinel GPT

Sentinel GPT is a subscription-based enterprise AI platform that provides:

  • General-purpose AI assistance powered by GPT-4o / GPT-5.2
  • Legal Assistant, Interview Intelligence, and Report Generation modes
  • Document analysis and report generation capabilities
  • Secure, auditable, and purpose-built for government use

2.3 Field Interview Assistant (FIA)

Field Interview Assistant is forensic interview documentation software that includes:

  • Structured, court-ready interview records
  • AI-assisted analysis of interview content
  • Real-time transcription capabilities
  • CJIS-compliant data handling

2.4 AI-Powered Citizen Services

AI-Powered Citizen Services provides government agencies with:

  • Configurable AI chatbots for public-facing services
  • Guided workflows for permitting and regulatory guidance
  • Intelligent self-service portals for citizens
  • Custom integrations with agency systems

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Sentinel GPT Access

Sentinel GPT is available to:

  • Individual users for general purposes
  • Government professionals with verified credentials
  • Organizations through team subscriptions

3.3 Enterprise Platform Access

Access to ECM, FIA, and AI Citizen Services platforms is restricted to:

  • Federal, state, and local government agencies under contractual agreement
  • Law enforcement and oversight organizations
  • Authorized users designated by the contracting organization
  • Personnel with appropriate security clearances and compliance training

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring accurate and current account information

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Sentinel GPT Pricing

Free Tier: Limited access to general-purpose AI features with usage restrictions.

Subscription Tiers: Paid subscription plans provide enhanced features, higher usage limits, and specialized law enforcement tools.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time

4.2 Enterprise Platform Pricing

ECM, FIA, and AI Citizen Services operate on custom enterprise pricing based on:

  • Organization size and number of users
  • Feature requirements and integration complexity
  • Support level and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Implementation and training services
  • Data storage and processing requirements

Pricing is determined through individual contract negotiations and quotes.

4.3 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
  • We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers (enterprise), and wire transfers (enterprise)
  • Enterprise contracts may include Net 30 or Net 60 payment terms
  • Past due accounts may result in service suspension

4.4 Refund Policy

Sentinel GPT: No refunds for subscription fees. You may cancel to prevent future charges.

Enterprise Products: Refund terms are specified in individual enterprise contracts.

AI Output is provided solely for informational purposes, on an "AS-IS" basis, and is not intended to constitute legal, financial, compliance, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Users agree not to rely on AI Output for decision-making without independently verifying such information.

5. AI Output and Limitations

5.1 AI Output Disclaimer

The Services generate automated text, responses, and analysis using artificial intelligence ("AI Output"). AI Output is provided:

  • Solely for informational and assistive purposes
  • On an "AS-IS" basis without warranties
  • Not as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

Users acknowledge that reliance on AI Output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions without independent verification is at their sole risk and constitutes misuse of the Service.

5.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy, our AI systems:

  • May produce errors, hallucinations, or incomplete information
  • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions
  • Require human verification and professional judgment
  • Are continuously improving but not infallible

5.3 Not Legal Advice

Our Services do NOT provide legal advice. Any information, analysis, or recommendations generated by our AI systems:

  • Are for informational and assistive purposes only
  • Do not create an attorney-client relationship
  • Should not substitute for consultation with qualified legal professionals
  • May not reflect current laws, regulations, or legal precedents

If the Service includes modes labeled "Legal Assistant" or similar, these provide general information only. Always consult a licensed professional for specific legal, medical, financial, or other professional matters.

5.4 Professional Judgment Required

Users must:

  • Apply professional judgment to all AI-generated outputs
  • Verify information through independent sources
  • Follow established organizational policies and procedures
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Services for:

  • Lawful government, law enforcement, and investigative purposes
  • Investigative case management and evidence tracking
  • Intelligence analysis and report generation
  • Case preparation and interview planning
  • Citizen service delivery and public engagement
  • General productivity and research (Sentinel GPT)

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm individuals
  • Generate or distribute illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Access data or accounts without authorization
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without permission
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload our Services

6.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage for compliance with these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
  • Remove or restrict access to content that violates our policies

7. Data Processing and Privacy

7.1 Data Processing Agreements

For enterprise customers:

  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are executed as part of contracts
  • We act as a data processor for customer data
  • CJIS compliance requirements are maintained
  • Security and confidentiality obligations are contractually defined

7.2 Privacy

7.3 Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party AI providers and services. DPAs with these providers are currently being finalized to ensure:

  • Appropriate data protection standards
  • Compliance with applicable regulations
  • Security of sensitive information
  • Contractual liability protections

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Company Ownership

We retain all rights, title, and interest in:

  • The Services, including all software, designs, and technology
  • Our trademarks, logos, and branding
  • Documentation and training materials
  • AI models, algorithms, and improvements

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our Services. However, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process and analyze your content to provide the Services
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
  • Store and transmit your content as necessary for service delivery

8.3 AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by our AI systems:

  • Are provided to you for your use in accordance with these Terms
  • May not be claimed as original copyrighted works
  • Should be reviewed and verified before external distribution

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific uptime percentages (except as specified in enterprise SLAs)
  • Compatibility with all systems and platforms

9.2 "AS IS" Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Damages Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED:

  • Sentinel GPT: The amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim
  • Enterprise Products: The amount specified in your enterprise contract, or $10,000 if not specified

10.2 Exclusion of Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption (except as required by law)
  • Damages resulting from AI errors or inaccuracies
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

10.3 Critical Use Cases

Our Services are NOT designed or intended for use in:

  • Life-threatening or critical safety applications
  • Medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
  • Autonomous decision-making without human oversight
  • Any application where failure could result in death or serious injury

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global AI Sentinel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
  • Unauthorized access to your account

12. Term and Termination

12.1 Sentinel GPT

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • We may terminate for violations of these Terms
  • We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice

12.2 Enterprise Products

  • Terms are governed by individual enterprise contracts
  • Termination procedures are specified in contracts
  • Data retention and deletion procedures apply upon termination

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Services will cease
  • You must cease all use of our intellectual property
  • Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and disputes survive
  • Data retention follows our Privacy Policy and applicable contracts

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will:

  • Provide notice of material changes via email or service notifications
  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
  • Allow 30 days for review before changes take effect

Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Parkland, Florida, except:

  • Claims for injunctive relief
  • Small claims court matters
  • Government contract disputes (handled per contract terms)

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to bring class action claims.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any executed contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global AI Sentinel.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to affiliates or successors.

15.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
